7. Evaluate Early in the story, Dr. Strauss tells Dr. Nemur that Charlie's learning to read and write is as impressive as their learning a difficult scientific theory without help (page 58). What does Dr. Strauss mean? Challenge or defend his statement.
Early of the story, Dr. Strauss had gave a statement to Dr. Nemur, I think what Dr. Strauss means is that they should used Charlie in the operation instead of debating each other, and I think Dr. Strauss was just being nice. What that really means is he wanted Dr. Nemur to know that Charlie is like five years old, but he improve with an impressive time. On the other hand, he also wanted to tell that Charlie have a great positive attitude, he is smart and he is going to be smart. By saying that, there would be prove. The proves are that when he took the Rorschach or "inkplot" test, he never wanted to make up lies even though he know what is the reason for.
From all my small statements, I hope that you and others people would understand what Dr. Strauss's statement is really mean.
